Abstract

This reflection paper details my experience as a participant in the NSF-REU program in Molecular Biosciences at Colorado State University during the summer of 2024. The paper discusses the reasons for choosing this particular program, the application process, and the research project conducted under Dr. Miriam Braunstein's mentorship.
