Abstract
I spent the summer before my senior year (June to August 2025) as the summer intern with Youth Led Justice or YLJ. YLJ is a restorative and transformative justice organization with offices in Lewiston, Maine and Portland, Maine. I had been involved with the organization as a volunteer and Advisory Board Member for eight years before joining as a summer intern. This experience taught me skills in non-profit management, including developing communication with similar organizations and training incoming staff member.
