Abstract
Over the summer of 2024, I had the opportunity to intern for the Australian Wildlife Conservancy USA. Australian Wildlife Conservancy (AWC) is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to protecting Australia's wildlife and habitats through science-based conservation. AWC owns and manages more than 32 million acres of land and focuses on partnerships with government and Indigenous peoples, invasive species control, fire management, and on-site conservation. AWC-USA advocates and supports the work in Australia through fundraising and outreach.
