Abstract

During the summer of 2024, I completed a horticulture internship at Heritage Museums & Gardens in Sandwich, MA, which provided a chance to explore future career in horticulture.The internship offered a range of experiences, including involvement in a large-scale landscaping project, learning specialized horticultural skills, and unique educational tours of other gardens and arboretums. The close-knit, small team at Heritage allowed me to experience all aspect of horticulture at a public garden and provided an environment supportive of my professional growth.
