Abstract
In this paper, I reflected on my internship with Upptik, a Connecticut-based start-up social media platform designed to guide high school students through post-graduation decisions. In this three-month internship, I contributed to creating student-driven content on college, career, and life planning, while also learning how to contribute to a younger audience. My experience emphasized creativity and collaboration, as I produced videos, Canva posts, and interactive media. Working closely with a team, I gained practical skills in teamwork, adaptability, and developing growth strategies. This internship provided hands-on experience in digital storytelling, mentorship, and content strategy.
