Abstract

This paper is about my summer internship with the Boston Red Sox. It covers various projects that I was a part of, such as a water reclamation project and a reuse project. Additionally, it covers the different strategies I used to complete these projects. In working at a facility which is over 113 years old, It takes creativity to create any sort of progress in the field of sustainability. I reflect on the skills necessary to work in a location such as Fenway Park and the skills I developed in my time there. I note the importance of being consistent with the smaller things people often believe go unnoticed because that is what truly leaves an impression on employers.
