Abstract
This reflection discusses my work this past summer shadowing a pediatric occupational therapist in Massachusetts, where I observed an experienced OT in clients' homes. I followed the OT's work in feeding therapy, reflex work, strengthening of fine and gross motor movements, and sensory integration. I collaborated and worked closely to schedule different observation times with the OT program supervisor of Leading Therapy Home.
