Abstract

This reflection provides an overview of my internship as a Prevention Insight Intern, where I worked on projects focused on student mental health, social-emotional learning (SEL), suicide prevention, and resilience. The experience fostered both personal and professional growth as I applied my background in psychology and online marketing to develop accessible wellness resources for students, families, and staff. I gained direct experience in curriculum development, youth voice initiatives, and community engagement, while strengthening my creativity, independence, and communication skills.
