Abstract
Reflection on the U.S. Career Institute Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) course. This online course prepares for the National Healthcareer Association CCMA exam. In-depth reflection on how the course prepares for the exam, and once passed, what future opportunities the certification can bring. The work experiences of a CCMA after taking this course, and how it prepared individuals for a clinical patient care job.
