Abstract
This reflection paper discusses my summer 2025 internship at CKC Capital, a corporate credit-focused investment manager in New York City. Over the summer, I worked on tasks such as synthesizing research calls, analyzing market trends, reviewing credit ratings, and evaluating bond pricing. Throughout the internship, I learned the value of attention to detail, mentorship, and working in a fast-paced financial environment. Overall, this experience gave me practical knowledge of corporate credit markets, strengthened my professional skills, and confirmed my long-term interest in pursuing a career in finance and investment.
