Abstract
This reflection is about my personal experience going to Columbus Ohio to attend the USITT conference during Spring Break of the spring semester of 2025. It recounts what skills I had developed and what I learned from my trip. I learned how to network better through personal relationships and that career exploration isn’t a linear path. I also explain how this experience helped me realize that a career within theatre technology isn’t of the biggest interest to me.
