Abstract

This paper provides a detailed reflection on a Government Contracts Internship at Granite Telecommunications, highlighting both the professional and personal growth experienced during the program. The internship offered hands-on exposure to the government procurement process, including contract evaluation, bidding procedures, and regulatory training. Beyond the technical aspects, the experience emphasized the importance of time management, organization, and communication in a corporate setting. Daily collaboration with various teams, participation in company-wide training sessions, and networking opportunities contributed to a deeper understanding of workplace dynamics and professionalism.
