Abstract
This short paper outlines my Summer 2025 Resident Assistant/Artistic Coordinator internship with the Heifetz International Music Institute. I outline the organization and my general role, some of my learning experiences, personal strengths and weaknesses I realized, and ultimately highlight that the internship was hectic but incredibly fun and rewarding, and an opportunity I am glad I took and would repeat again.
