Abstract

This summer, I was a Client Services Intern at AlphaSights, an expert network firm in New York City that connects institutional investor clients with experts across myriad industries and countries. During my 10 weeks, I learned to balance over 20 projects at once, interview efficiently and discern credible information from fluff, navigate language barriers, negotiate rates, and work on tight deadlines in a corporate office. While the learning curve was steep, the company culture allowed me to adapt and feel confident by the end of the summer.
