Abstract
As an undergraduate intern at the Boston University Center of Psychiatric Rehabilitation there are countless avenues to contribute to. I was able to help lead classroom discussion on difficult rehabilitation topics and facilitate alongside my mentors. I acquired new Dialectal Behavior Therapy skills that gave me insight to therapy and the holistic route to rehab. I was also given the opportunity to attend weekly staff meetings which allowed me to observe the day to day in the office even more. In weekly supervision meetings, I given very valuable feedback on handling various situations with students and the best ways of communication for those who attend the Center. This experience was very influential and helped direct my focus to a clinical or behavioral therapy aspirations in the future.
