Abstract
This reflection covers an overview of my experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Citizens Financial Group. I explore a high-level overview of what I worked on this summer, key skills I gained, areas of improvement I will continue to work on, and an overall appreciation for the incredible people I had the opportunity to work with.
