Abstract

This paper is an analysis of my experience working through Prescott Park Arts Festival. In the paper, I discuss how I decided to apply for this specific internship, and how the application process went. I then go on to share what experiences and lessons I was able to learn while working at the festival. Lastly, I talk about how I will be able to take the skills I developed through my internship and apply them to my work I will do in the future at Connecticut College.
