Abstract
This paper provides an overview of my experience as a Product Management Development Program intern. The paper begins by explaining my internship search process and the role of the career center throughout the process. Then, I discuss my personal experience in the internship and highlight three main goals I had at the start of the summer, as well as how they were achieved over the course of the ten weeks. I conclude by reflecting on a few key experiences throughout the summer and reviewing feedback from my manager.
