Abstract
During my summer 2025 internship experience I was a strength and conditioning intern at Lebanon High School where I assisted with athlete training sessions, managed equipment, and provided support. I observed and analyzed a football-specific plyometric training session to gain insights into sport-specific conditioning techniques.
