This reflection highlights my experience attending the Grace Hopper Celebration 2024 in Philadelphia, PA. It explores how the conference helped me grow professionally through networking, workshops, and career fair opportunities, while also providing personal inspiration from connecting with Bangladeshi women in tech. The reflection discusses the skills I developed, challenges I faced, and how this experience shaped my future career goals and sense of community.
