Abstract

This internship focused on family law, with a secondary focus on personal injury law. I shadowed a family attorney in court proceedings, helped draft motions and briefs, and organized trial preparation. I interacted with clients and scheduled meetings between clients and attorneys as well as communicated with opposing counsel with regard to scheduling and discovery requests.
