Abstract
I worked as an adaptive sports intern at QLI (Quality of Living Inc.) in Omaha, Nebraska. QLI is a rehabilitation center for people with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. I worked to reincorporate sport back into the lives of the residents to inspire a new purpose, therapy, and source of happiness in their lives for when they go back home. This included helping develop equipment, hands on clinical work, and participating in sports.
