Abstract

This paper discusses my experience working in hospice care as a volunteer with Kaiser Permanente's Hospice program. It talks about the extensive training process and what it was like to be assigned to a patient. In addition, this paper describes how my experience fits into my academic journey at Connecticut College and how it will better prepare me for my future.
