Abstract

This paper is focused on the things that I learned, the challenges and experiences that I gained, and the skills I developed while interning in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of the State of Connecticut Susan Bysiewicz. From writing policy briefings, to citations, recording voicmails, and researching news stories, this paper details the projects and skills that were developed during the internship process. As well as addressing what I learned, and what I would change about the way the office works if I were in a position to do so.
