Abstract

This paper reflects on my summer internship at Monadnock Community Hospital, where I explored 12 different clinical and administrative departments. Through shadowing healthcare professionals, I gained insight into hospital operations, finance, radiology, and clinical psychology while developing professional communication, networking, and adaptability skills. The experience helped me identify my career interests, particularly in finance and psychology, and provided valuable perspective on potential career paths within healthcare and beyond.
