Abstract

While working for the New London Recreation Department as a camp counselor, I learned how to efficiently coordinate campsite setup, collaborating closely with a dedicated team to optimize space and utility. I also had to assume full responsibility for the well-being of children aged 6-9, implementing proactive measures to ensure their safety, health, and overall happiness. I also had to be a leader which included: Conducting enriching learning sessions, imparting values such as teamwork, environmental responsibility, and essential life skills to equip the young minds for a brighter future.
