Abstract
This past summer, I interned at the FACE Lab at Emerson College in Boston. This opportunity engaged me with live studies as I learned various software techniques and dry lab techniques that allowed me to support research projects and contribute high quality data. From using the software, ELAN to engaging with participants in live studies over Zoom, this experience showed me all the work that goes into autism research as well as the various challenges that come along with this field of research.
