Abstract

My experience in the Northern Essex Community College Certified Nursing Assistant program provided me with hands-on training and knowledge in direct patient care. Throughout the program, I learned essential skills such as assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining patient safety and comfort, communication, medical terminology, and following proper infection-control procedures. This experience helped me develop confidence in providing compassionate care and strengthened my interest in pursuing a career in healthcare.
