Abstract
This reflection examines my summer internship with Artists in Res (AIR), where I worked as a Production Assistant and Video Editing Intern for the Hyde Jones art exhibition. Through collaborating with artists and creative professionals, coordinating production tasks, and editing video, I strengthened my skills in leadership, organization, problem-solving, and creative collaboration. The experience allowed me to apply skills from my film coursework to a professional setting while exploring event production as a potential career path. It also helped me identify the value of in-person collaboration and further clarified my professional goals within film and other creative industries.
