Abstract
Project 351 partners with the Celtics Shamrock Foundation to teach middle schoolers their anti discrimination and bias curriculum using scenarios written by middle schoolers. In this internship, you learn hands on skills working with nonprofits and managing people and curriculum. Personally, I had a previous close relationship to my bosses and the program so I was able to bring my own ideas and improvements to the table, working independently on my projects for the program.
