Abstract
My experience participating in a two-month intensive Japanese immersion program allowed me to develop my Japanese language skills while experiencing Japanese culture and customs firsthand. Through this experience, I learned a surprising amount about myself, including what I value, what I enjoy, and what I want to continue pursuing in the future.
