Abstract
During summer 2026, I did an internship with New London Trees and the Connecticut College Arboretum. The tasks of the internship included tree inventory, tree health, field work, and outreach. From the internship, I gained skills in communication, public speaking, writing, and working in a professional environment. In the reflection, I have talked about what I have learnt through exploring a new area that is different from what I am academically interested in.
