Abstract

This reflection focuses on my experience as a student researcher working under Prof. Izmirli at Connecticut College's Summer Science Research Institute (SSRI) program. I learned valuable time management, communication, and research skills and interacted with many fellow students broadening my perspective. I also gained further knowledge of my preference of the work force over academia in my future goals.
