Abstract

As a full-time research intern, I was part of a team of researchers that were hired from the city of New London in partnership with the Connecticut Fair Housing Center. We conducted research using primary resources for homes and neighborhoods that were destroyed during the Winthrop Cove Urban Renewal from the 1960s to 1970s. Our project’s goal was to create a census of the property lost and the households displaced from the Winthrop Cove Renewal Project.
