Abstract
Unity House is a non-profit organization designed to help those who are homeless, suffering from domestic violence, mental health challenges, children with developmental delays, and those with HIV/AIDS. They provide a variety of services such as housing, rental assistance, transportation, shelters, food pantry, clothing, and the opportunity to meet one-on-one with an assigned case manager to provide an extra set of support.At Unity House, I spent most of my time answering phone calls at the from desk providing people with answers to any questions or concerns they might have.
