Abstract

I recently completed my 10-week internship with Pfizer as a Marketing UX Intern for Customer Care, located at their New York Headquarters. Throughout my internship, I supported the rollout of a new consumer-facing website called “Pfizer For All". This opportunity allowed me to cultivate meaningful relationships with Pfizer's key business partners, co-lead live agent training in preparation for the website launch, and facilitate user experience (UX) research. Additionally, I presented strategic recommendations to optimize the customer interface. I also had the opportunity to collaborate with fellow interns and employees at happy hours, group information sessions, and volunteer events. Overall, this experience really pushed me to develop my professional skill set and opened my eyes to the various career paths out there. Without the support from The Hale Center, I would not have been able to maximize this opportunity.
