Abstract
The summer of 2025 I had the opportunity to work at Linea Vital in Alajuela, Costa Rica. Linea Vital is a private health-care setting that offers physical therapy, medical checkups and urgent care. During this time I was able to have a hands-on experience in a health-care setting outside of the US and was able to compare and contrast major differences in health-care systems.
