Abstract

This paper covers my experience as an assistant instructor for The Prindle School in July of 2026. I supervised and led instruction for groups of 5 - 10 students aged 7 - 12, teaching a variety of musical concepts. This internship was very rewarding, as it taught me a lot about the challenges and necessary skills that come with teaching. I would recommend it to anyone looking to pursue musical education as a career path.
