Abstract
This paper explores my professional development during my internship at Sandorf Passage, a small non-profit publishing company that focuses on highlighting global literature. Through this experience, I strengthened my skills in editing, time management, communication, critical thinking, and creativity, and it helped me solidify my future career goals.
