Abstract

I interned at Town Hall Theater, and I gained experience in marketing, community theater, leadership, and teamwork. I supported various theater projects, helped with summer camps, and worked with young actors while developing a deeper understanding of how a nonprofit theater operates. The internship helped me discover new interests in marketing and strengthened my leadership and collaboration skills. Overall, the experience allowed me to contribute to my local community while learning more about my own strengths, interests, and future goals.
