Abstract
Este trabajo analiza desde la Teoría de Motivos y Estrategias la obra teatral de Angélica Liddell, entendida como una reacción frente a la tensión del entorno, motivo de la marginación desde donde construye una Weltanschauung o ideología total que se formaliza mediante la estrategia artística del exceso con el fin de lograr su propia sublimación frente al entorno: el éxito de su Yo en tanto que Yo.
This piece analyzes the works of Angelica Liddell from the perspective of the Theory of Motives and Strategies. The playwright’s works are understood to be a reaction to environmental tension, the motive of the marginalization which brings about a Weltanschauung (or total ideology) through the artistic strategy of excess with the intention to achieve its own sublimation when confronted by one’s environment: the success of her Self as Self.
